SHIPPING INFORMATION

Grandma Hoerner’s Foods, Inc is located in Alma, Kansas. All orders are shipped UPS from our Manufacturing Center in Alma, Kansas. Orders can be tracked online via UPS.com. All in-stock orders should be received within 5-7 business days. If a product is out-of stock the customer will receive contact about an alternative, date available, or refund. Delivery Surcharges: Certain items are oversized, heavy, or require special packaging (perishables) and are more costly to ship. These items have a delivery surcharge noted in the parentheses after the price of the item. Please note this delivery surcharge is in addition to our standard shipping charges on the order form.

Additional Information: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico. For delivery to a PO Box, please call Guest Services at 785-765-2300.

*UPS Ground shipping can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days, depending on shipping address. Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. If you would like to inquire about a specific holiday and shipping availability for expedited orders, please call us at 785-765-2300.

Prices are subject to change. Promotional opportunities have limited availability and dates as specified. Please include the following taxes: State Sales Tax on Food: KS Local Sales Tax on Food: KS State and Local Sales Tax on Food: KS Tax for online orders to a state other than Kansas is the customer’s responsibility.
